How much is the membership fee?
The annual membership fee is $200, plus applicable taxes. B2B membership is free but requires business verification.
Is the membership valid for a calendar year or a rolling year?
Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase (rolling year). For example, a membership purchased on March 13, 2024, will expire on March 13, 2025.
Will my membership automatically renew?
Yes, your membership will automatically renew for consecutive one-year periods unless canceled. Please review the Membership Terms & Conditions for more information.
Can I terminate my membership early and receive a refund?
Our membership termination and refund policies are detailed in the Membership Terms & Conditions. For further assistance, please contact us.
Can I use my membership at outlet stores or for gift purchases?
Membership benefits are not applicable at outlet locations. However, you may use your membership to purchase items as gifts and ship them to other recipients.

Do I need an account to shop online?
No, but we recommend creating an account for faster checkout, order tracking, and access to personalized features such as wish lists and order history.
Are all bathroom products available online?
Yes, our full range of bathroom products—including fixtures, fittings, and accessories—is available online. If you need help locating a specific item, please contact us.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, a confirmation page with your order summary will appear after checkout, which you may print for your records. A confirmation email with shipping updates and tracking information will also be sent to your registered email address.
How can I view my order status?

When will my credit card be charged?
In-stock items are charged when shipped (typically within 2 business days). Backordered items are charged upon shipment. Custom order deposits are charged immediately after order confirmation.
Which credit cards are accepted?
For U.S. shipments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and the Cittaneo store credit card.
For Canadian shipments: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
How is tax calculated for my order?
Taxes are estimated based on the state or province laws of the shipping address, and may apply to merchandise, freight, and handling charges where relevant.
How can B2B members apply for tax exemption?

Do members receive free shipping?

Will all items in my order arrive together?
Items typically ship as they become available. Standard delivery items may ship separately from large bathroom fixtures. Eligible orders may qualify for consolidated delivery—you will be prompted to select this option during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, Belgium, Germany, Spain, and the UK. Customers in other locations may use a freight forwarder.
Is professional installation available for bathroom products?

How can I ship to an address different from my billing address?
You may enter your preferred shipping address during checkout. Registered users can save addresses to their address book for future use.

What is your return policy?

Can I return large bathroom fixtures (e.g., bathtubs, vanities) to galleries?
No, galleries cannot process returns for large items. Please contact us for assistance with returning oversized bathroom products.
Do you offer price adjustments?
A one-time price adjustment is available within 30 days of delivery if an item you purchased goes on sale. Please provide your original receipt or proof of delivery to request an adjustment.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to the original payment method and typically appear within 1–2 billing cycles.
What does the product warranty cover?

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom products?
No minimum order quantity applies to standard products. Custom orders or special materials may have minimum requirements—please check product details or contact customer service for more information.

Who is eligible for B2B membership?
Interior design firms, architecture firms, hospitality businesses, developers, and other commercial entities purchasing bathroom products are eligible.
How do I apply for B2B membership?

Can B2B members combine Key Rewards with B2B pricing?

If you enrolled with a different email address, you can link your membership in the “Membership” section of your “My Account” page. If the email addresses match, your membership will be linked automatically.
How do I create or manage a gift registry?
You can create a registry online or at any Cittaneo gallery. Manage your registry (add/remove items, update shipping preferences) via the “Manage Your Registry” page. Registries remain accessible indefinitely for members, and guests can view them for up to 2 years after your event date.
