Claims submitted after this window may be more difficult to process due to factors outside of our control.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Please note:<\/strong>\u00a0CITTANEO does not cover repair costs if unauthorized third-party repair services have been used.<\/p><h3><strong><b>How to Return an Item<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><p>Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Hold onto all packaging.<\/strong>Please do not discard any shipping boxes or packing materials.<\/li><li><strong>Contact us first.<\/strong>Email us at <a href=\"mailto:support@cittaneo.com\"><u>support@cittaneo.com<\/u><\/a>\u00a0with a description of your situation and at least one clear, full-view photo of the item so we can assess its condition and confirm return eligibility.<\/li><li><strong>Ship your return.<\/strong>Non-quality returns are sent at your own expense to our returns warehouse. Please email us the tracking number once shipped \u2014 untracked returns may delay your refund. For defective products or shipping damage, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.<\/li><li><strong>Receive your refund.<\/strong>Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed <strong>within 48 hours<\/strong>\u00a0to the original payment method.<\/li><\/ol><h3><strong><b>Refund Processing Times<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><strong>Credit card payments:<\/strong>Please allow up to one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
